Day 1: Eat any fruits today, except banana. Also, you can take watermelon and cantaloupes which has very less calories. Also take few soups.
Day 2: Eat lots of vegetables today. Use as much as possible. Don't take corn, peas and dry beans. Also stay away from fruits today.At dinner potato with butter.

Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened juice and veggies for this day.also take soup and cooked veggies as per your wish.

1) Stewed tomatoes
2) Large green onions
3) Fateless beef broth
4) carrot
5) Green beans
6) Green pepper
7) Soup mix.
Now, cut vegetable and add these things as per your taste. now boil this diet recipe for 10 minutes. reduce simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.Take this soup when you feel hunger. This sacred heart diet plan will be surely beneficial.
